Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy
- A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation
- We accept direct bank transfers, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX. (We do not make any additional charges to guests settling their accounts in this way.)
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Balance of accommodation account is payable on arrival
- Cancellation within 14 days of date of arrival, 75% of full accommodation payable
- Cancellation, including no show or early departure within 7 days of arrival, full accommodation payable
- Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re let rooms
- We are unable to accept personal cheques
